Ingredients
1/2 cup whole, pitted dates
1/2 banana
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup crushed ice
Preparation
Combine dates, banana and orange juice in blender and purée until dates are finely chopped.
Add yogurt and ice; blend until just combined.
